The Site provides information about our motel and links to our online booking engine, operated by a third-party booking provider, where you can check availability and request a room.
A reservation is confirmed only when we or our booking provider confirm it to you, for example by a booking confirmation. Your stay is governed by the terms shown when you book and by the motel's reservation, cancellation, and house policies. If those terms or policies conflict with these Terms, they control for your stay.
We may decline any reservation request for any lawful reason.
3. Rates, Availability, and Promotions
Room rates, availability, and discounts shown on the Site (including "starting at" prices) are for general information only and are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed. The rate that applies to your stay is the one stated in your booking confirmation or confirmed by us directly.
Promotions and discounts may have additional terms, expiration dates, and availability limits, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or make a reservation for someone else without their permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content or data from the Site using automated means, except for standard search engine indexing
- Send spam or make bulk or fake reservation requests
- Interfere with the Site or its security features, or try to gain unauthorized access to them
- Upload viruses or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or business
We may block access or reject submissions if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Content You Submit
If you submit information, feedback, or other content through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to handle your reservation and provide your stay.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Site's content without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our online booking engine, review sites, maps, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their terms.
8. No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content on the Site, including descriptions of amenities, nearby attractions, and travel times, is general information and may change.
This section applies to the Site only. Your stay is governed by your booking confirmation and the motel's policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.
